Francisco Teixeira Bastos

Was born in Lisbon, 1953.

Architect with a vast curriculum, Teixeira Bastos has been part of several work teams and numerous projects in various fields – the project of the Picadeiro of the Portuguese School of Equestrian Art or the Virtual Reality Pavilion of Manuel Vicente, are some examples. He is a co-founder of Atelier dos Remédios, along with Madalena Cardoso de Menezes.

Plot 153

With a sublime view of the garden and pool, the one-bedroom villas composed of two floors designed by Architects Madalena Menezes and Teixeira Bastos, are decorated in a sophisticated and comfortable way, and fully equipped to welcome you.

On the main floor, you will find the entrance to the house with a small garden, leading inside to the kitchen, living room, and common bathroom. In the living room, you will find a fireplace that provides a unique atmosphere on colder days, as well as a balcony with a table and chairs for two people, where you can enjoy a drink while admiring the colors of the sunset on summer days.

On the lower floor, you will find a spacious suite with a bathroom, walk-in closet, and balcony, through which you can access the garden and pool.

Open the window and breathe the incomparable fresh air in a feeling of connection with the outside. Dive into the pool, relax on the lawn, and contemplate a clear view of the resort’s landscape.

Plot 215D

Upon arriving at this townhouse complex, you are met with fully furnished terraces, providing an ideal space to relax and enjoy the gardens surrounded by nature. Next to the terrace, there is also a covered area designated for parking, which also provides access to the communal pool and garden of the complex.

Inside the villa, you will first find a spacious living room, with access to the dining room separated by only two steps. Through the entrance hall or directly from the dining room, you can find the fully equipped kitchen, which also offers access to the pool and garden, featuring a phenomenal landscaping project.

On the upper floor of this villa designed by Madalena Menezes and Teixeira Bastos, you will find three bedrooms, two of which share a bathroom. The third bedroom has a private bathroom, but all of them have generous areas and a sophisticated decoration in warm tones.

These villas bear similarities to the ones in plot 215 designed by the same architects, but in this case in a duplex format.

Plot 215S

In the townhouses designed by Madalena Menezes and Teixeira Bastos in the simplex version, the architects sought to create a more welcoming and functional villa. The parking space in front of the houses offers direct access to the porch and the entrance door. Upon entering, you will find the living room and dining room, decorated in soft and uniform tones, conveying a unique sense of harmony.

The fully equipped kitchen is separate from the other rooms, also having a storage area and a pantry. On the opposite side of these divisions, you can find the three bedrooms. Two of them share a bathroom, while the third has a private bathroom.

The spacious terrace, located at the back of the house with access from the living room, is furnished for outdoor dining or simply relaxing, offering access to the common pool of the lot. Enjoy a swim and soak up the sun, immersed in the natural beauty around you.
