Nuno Graça Moura has a degree in Architecture from the University of Porto and the beginning of his professional career had important collaborations with Eduardo Souto Moura and Álvaro Siza Vieira, two of the most respected Portuguese architects.
In 2002 he opened his own company and over the years has won prestigious awards such as the BigMat International Architecture Awards (2015) or first place in the BAUWELT Awards (2011), as well as participating in the most varied projects, conferences and publications of the area.
Project for the building of the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences of the University of Coimbra.
2nd place selected by previous qualification for the elaboration of the “Cine-Teatro Constantino Nery” remodeling project, in Matosinhos.

Architect Nuno Graça Moura’s project for this plot features a discreet entrance that leads to a villa that conveys a cozy and familiar feeling.
Near the entrance, and in a corridor separated from the common areas, with a guest bathroom and a storage area, are the simple and comfortable suites that open onto an intimate terrace where you can enjoy the outdoors in a quieter environment.
Moving forward in the entrance of the house, you will find the modern and conveniently equipped kitchen that invites you to prepare a homemade meal to enjoy in the sun on the terrace overlooking the garden.
On the other side, the captivating living room creates an atmosphere that will make you want to stay. In perfect harmony with the terrace due to the continuation of the same floor from the inside to the outside, this space invites relaxation and contemplation of the landscape, while children have fun in the garden or in the common pool next to the lake, the centerpiece of this project.

With privileged views of the golf course, these terraced villas with access to a large garden and communal pool are the ideal homes for families who want to relax and enjoy the outdoors. At the entrance of each villa are the bedrooms that prioritize the entry of natural light through strategically positioned skylights, also having access to private terraces.

Between the main door and the entrance of the house, you can find a charming small garden that adds an attractive feature to Nuno Graça Moura’s project as soon as you pass the entrance gate. At the beginning of the corridor, the bedrooms are located, with two of them sharing a bathroom and a closed terrace. The main suite has a luxurious private bathroom and great views.
The main living room is impressive with large windows overlooking the garden and pool, with a sober and balanced decoration. It provides direct access to the terrace and the pleasant garden with an outdoor fireplace.
